Say something, do something, they ask us... We ask why there are so many people and corporations trying to silence our legitimate safety concerns?

We have accomplished so much, 4 laws passed, 10 laws presented, that we could not lobby for in person. We have borrowed funding in order to save lives.

God, please forgive us for not having the ability to save over 500 lives this year nor help prevent 1.2 Billion Dollars of stolen trailers.

Please forgive us for the approximately 12 children that will die and over 200 that will be injured in unsafe hayrides and parades, this year.

Please forgive all the creditors who will now call, harass and cause us stress.

They need to know that we tried to not give everybody a 'Haircut.' We tried to tap into our equity but because of a very bad lawyer, who hurt not only our family but many others, when her law office did not fully explain or navigate how a HELOC works in a Chapter 7.

We want to point out the most heartless company called 'Charter One / Citizens Bank,' for not even responding to our offer to release their lien, so we can get everything paid off.

To the lawyer who promised to help after the settlement and receive payment to Non-Disclose...Who then made it clear that he would sue if I made him known!

You ask, how we can provide for my family and do so much to save others? Is that what we should do?

We have exhausted all of our credit trying to save others. Also during the past year and 1/2, we had to address the death of my wife's mother by a vehicular accident and the death of my own father.
We are now taking drastic steps to take care of our family while in a diminished role, trying to save at least one man, women or child with our life saving mission of trailer safety.
I ask, don't you find it odd...that no government agency wants to save lives by the causes we address?

To my Creditors listed below know this I tourment myself knowing my credit score will go down and for the next few years no vacations....note we have not gone on one for 6 years now.  Note I did not have fully functing heat this winter as I did not put on a credit card my replacement of my heat pump.....

We need to replace for the coming summer as it is not working so yes my comfort in our home has taken a hit this past summer and winter...we did use space heaters to keep our home warm.

To the Creditors every phone call you will make to us I know we will be saving at least one life....that is my saving grace.

Richmond lawyer sentenced to 12 months in bankruptcy fraud and tax case

A former Richmond bankruptcy lawyer was sentenced to one year in prison Monday for bankruptcy fraud and for failing to pay the government her employees’ taxes.

Nnika Evangeline White, 42, founder of The Law Offices of White and Associates, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson. Federal sentencing guidelines, which are not binding on the judge, called for a prison term of 10 to 16 months.

In pleading guilty in December, White admitted receiving roughly $50,000 in inheritance checks belonging to a bankruptcy client. After discussing it with her client, White used $31,000 of the money to pay herself legal fees. She did not disclose the inheritance checks — or that she was a creditor — in bankruptcy court filings.


Also, from 2011 to 2015, White did not pay over to the Internal Revenue Service federal income and Social Security taxes withheld from her law firm’s employees. Taking into account the employer matching portion, which White also did not pay, the total amount White failed to pay to the government was more than $68,000.

“This is a very disturbing case,” Hudson said shortly before imposing the sentence. “You’ve betrayed not just one person but many, many people.”

Know that a person told me I am worth more dead than alive and I am foolish to put my family at risk in order to save others.
