Note:  With the many hours of article investigations I have come across a common theme.  Since no standards are in place for horse trailers under 3,000 pounds and they know they will not get pulled over for safety violations they are using Horse Trailers To Haul Illegal Drugs.



Note: We even have trailers coming loose from Government Vehicles. 

NOTE: To the Government of Kentucky, you have no inspections... no safety chains and the person who lost his trailer is not charged?  This is the 3rd accident in the past few months... Why don't we act?  It is because of the Powerful Utility Trailer Industry that just does not want to address why these trailers come loose.   Why should this teenager be suffering?
