NOTE: In Henrico County we have over
22,000 registered Utility Trailers and Over
734,000 in the Commonwealth Of Virginia all under 3,000 GVWR. If More than
50% has more than one (
1) Safety Violation then why is Travelers Insurance, Farm Bureau Insurance and Carry On Trailers trying to
destroy us? The numbers speak for themselves.
Mr. Melancon,
I was able to reach Captain
Mueller to discuss your request. Because our goal was education, the
officers did not record each inspection or keep count of each
violation. Their description of the events merely showed they found
more violations than those that were compliant. In other words, over
50% had at least one violation.
We cannot provide a percentage
of violations for this educational effort.
Chief Stanley
