Please.... Please...this is the second accident involving a death with a Utility Trailer. Last month your State had a trailer come loose and take the life of Michael Davidson... now you have a Hayride trailer accident. What training is required before you can tow? Who supervised? What safety precautions were given? Who is labile? What insurance? How was the trailer connected? condition of trailer? so many questions.... Last year 4 children died by the same.
