Please.... Please...this
is the second accident involving a death with a Utility Trailer. Last
month your State had a trailer come loose and take the life of Michael
Davidson...
now you have a Hayride trailer accident.
I ask this...please go to www.dangeroustrailers.org and then go to the
updates page 2009... Our organization have issued warnings of this
exact type of accident.
Now we have a loss of a life... What training is required before you
can tow?
Who supervised?
What safety precautions were given?
Who is labile?
What insurance?
How was the trailer connected? condition of trailer?
so many questions.... Last year 4 children died by the same.
The question we ask... is how many more lives...and children need to be
lost before we address "Passenger Cars That Tow Trailers."
Since 1975 over 15,211 lives have been lost by this class of vehicle...
and nobody does nothing...
