This State Does Not indicate if a Trailer ONE (1) POUND UNDER 3,000 GWR has to meet any standard. Which means that contruction quality can be anything. We are still working on getting an answer. Notice the term reflectors indicates the Manufacture can use the 4 Inch Reflector lens combination to save money. This lens is not highly reflective or does the job like the DOT Type C-2 Tape.
